both check in and check out were very smooth. they offered to keep our suitcase the last day after we checked out for free. the room was very comfy and quiet. the tea/coffee machine next to the room was very convenient and a nice addition. they also provided water in the room and refilled it every time. the shower was hot and spacious, and the room was very clean. the breakfast was also very good, there is a huge choice and the quality is better than the average breakfast buffet. the vegan croissants were excellent. the location is extremely convenient if you arrive from stansted because the bus stops at whitechapel which is a 10 minutes walk. the subway station aldgate east is a 4 minutes walk and there are bus stops very close too. in a walkable distance you can go to a lot of places too. there is a tesco very close to the hotel too.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. They were very attentive to our needs (for example they prepared an early breakfast at 4 AM). The breakfast is good and has everything needed: a full British breakfast, unlimited coffee and juice, baked goods, pancakes, fruits, etc. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a strange capsule inside the room; the bathroom door doesn't shut completely so it is very noisy. Also the shower head is not moving at all so it is difficult to clean the bath area. The hotel is near underground station connected with city center and most attractions. There is a 'hang out' area with games, books and Lego - the kid was greatly impressed about this. If room cleaning is not done, you can get a free drink at the bar. Highly recommend for a few nights in London.

Great location for public transport (Whitechapel is on the Elizabeth Line, so you can go straight to Heathrow, and Aldgate East for the Underground). There’s a lovely little park in front of the hotel, and so many good food options. Walking distance to Shoreditch and Spitalfields. Helpful staff! If you don’t need housekeeping, you get a coupon for a free drink at the bar, which is such a lovely incentive. We stayed for 7 nights and couldn’t be happier.

We loved the bar area as it was welcoming, had a nice relaxing area with comfortable sofas and chairs, we loved the comfy beds and black out curtains in the room. We liked the coffee machine at the end of the corridor, we liked the TV at the end of the bed and the quirky mirror stand, the safe worked which was good. The check out process was easy. We liked the security of the room cards to get in the lift and access the rooms.

Stacey

Very spacious and comfortable rooms for London. Close to a subway station and easy to reach from the airport and downtown. TV had an alarm and you could get coffee and tea all day from the hallway, which was great. We also liked that you got a free drink at the bar every day you asked for your room not to be cleaned. We had problems with our keycards on multiple occasions, but it was fixed quickly by the staff each time.
